Terms and Conditions for Computer Repair Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the repair services provided by D&G COMPUTER STORE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the customer (“you” or “your”). By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided
We offer a range of computer repair services, including but not limited to:

Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Hardware repair and replacement
Software installation and updates
Virus and malware removal
Data recovery and backup
Networking and connectivity support

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates: All service estimates will be provided to the customer in writing before work begins. We may charge a diagnostic fee if applicable, which will be credited toward the cost of repairs if services are rendered.
Pricing: Prices for services will vary based on the complexity and nature of the repair. We will notify you of any price changes prior to commencing work.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash.

3. Customer Responsibility

You must provide accurate information about your device, including any pre-existing issues.
You are responsible for backing up any data or files before the repair. We are not responsible for loss or corruption of data during the repair process.
You must provide access to your device as necessary for the repair process.

4. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and will take necessary precautions to protect your data. However, by submitting your device for repair, you acknowledge that some of your data may be accessed during the repair process.
We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or necessary for the completion of the repair.

5. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover damage due to user error, physical damage, or external factors (e.g., viruses, power surges).
The warranty is void if the device is tampered with by unauthorized persons or if the device is subject to physical abuse.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware failure, or business interruptions.
In no event will we be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the repair services.

7. Turnaround Time

We will provide an estimated completion time for the repair, but all turnaround times are estimates and may be subject to change based on parts availability or other factors.
We will notify you if the repair time is expected to exceed the estimated completion time.

8. Device Pickup and Storage

You must pick up your repaired device within 14 days of completion. After this period, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee or dispose of the device at our discretion.
If the customer does not pick up the device within 30 days of being notified that the repair is complete, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the device.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if we believe that you have provided false or misleading information, have been abusive, or if the repair is no longer possible due to factors beyond our control.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or provided to you in writing. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of UK, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in East Riding of Yorkshire.

Any special requests or additional information: e.g., "Need data backup before repair," "Urgent request," etc. Once you’ve completed the form and send the device, we will confirm that we have recive your device and send you details of your repair.

Yes, we do! Team pricing is available for any plan. You can take advantage of 30% off for signing up for team pricing of 10 users or more.
